Lost two of my parcels. One incoming one outgoing.

One has been apparently delivered to me but nobody has seen it and I can't see the proof. Called at 1pm was waiting for over an hour as the recorded message informed me they were experiencing high call volumes (unsurprisingly) then after like l.5 hours the message in-between the hold music changed to your call may be disconnected as our offices shut at 3.

So wasted two hours and I'm still no wiser. Perhaps if you're experiencing high call volumes, work more hours or get more staff?
