Your company lacks proper delivery tactics and communication. The package with tracking number MV04712****GB I purchase from back street is yet to be delivered to me since 10 days ago despite being home all through.

This is not the first time I will be having similar issue with your company royal mail and you need to do better. You need to train your staff properly when delivering packages to customers. Encourage your staff to call or text your customers when they get to their residences because this is how you can improve the quality of your services rather than saying the address is inaccessible or no one is at home.

I am at home now and I need my package to be delivered today or returned to back street. Thank you.

My parcel is missing

I sent my UK residence card to home office through a record delivery 1st class. It has not arrived in home office which is why my application has been delayed for my settlement status.

Royal Mail has lost my document because of their unprofessional behaviour.

This has caused me a lot of stress because of the poor customer service our local post office provides. I want to make a claim for my delivery cost and for my residence card.

Too long waiting on the phone to speak to someone. The guy was helpful but struggled to resolve my issue. The system was at fault. He tried three routes and eventually got it sorted. But Royal Mail should have fully operational up to date processes. Not good enough for a national company.
