The Royal Mail app said my delivery would arrive between 7.30am and 7.30pm yesterday. No delivery arrived, and the app still says my delivery is due yesterday....

Online tracking not working; they sent an email confirming a new delivery date which didn’t materialise; I called and was told wait time was 39 mins; ended up driving 20 mins away to customer service point and my parcel was there awaiting collection. No notification of the fact and clearly at odds with the email they sent advising of new delivery date to my address. Totally useless!!
